Paul Daley is putting the finishing touches on his training for his next cage appearance. The British bad boy is preparing for a clash with Kazuo Misaki at Strikeforce - Tate vs. Rousey on March 3rd. He has spent a portion of his training in Phuket, Thailand, training with the infamous Tiger Muay Thai camp.
Daley showed vast improvements in his last Strikeforce appearance, a July top-contention bout against Tyron Woodley. Although he dropped a unanimous decision to Woodley, Daley proved that he could hang with one of the promotion's toughest wrestlers.
You'd think that Daley would build on his improved grappling, but he's instead chosen to focus on his strength, his striking game, by training with an elite Muay Thai organization. For Daley's sake, I surely hope he's balancing his striking game with plenty of mat time!
